A little helping hand provides you with a 'Virtual', or in fact 'Real' presence, depending on your preferences. We can spend an agreed time each month on the desired tasks, which can be done either on set days, working at your offices or ours - or maybe even a combination? Your hours can even be called off as and when you want them throughout the month, just as your needs dictate.

Projects
'Ad hoc projects' can either be quoted as a whole or charged on an hourly basis, subject to your requirements or budget. Once we have the details it is easier to estimate the time it takes - or you can just tell us your expectations...

Tailored Packages
Shaping our work and time to suit your needs either at your office or ours - or a combination - allows you the flexibility you can't always get elsewhere.  Of course, the more time you commit to the better the marginal rate becomes. A little helping hand can keep you fully updated through the month as to how your usage is going so that there are no nasty surprises and of course no dramatic jumps in time and costs!  To help the relationship, we even throw in up to one day of unused 'credit' (when it happens) so that it can be carried over to the following month, for that month only.

PA As You Go
Allowing for the more fluctuating usage that works perfectly for some of our clients, our unique 'PA As You Go' package works with a retainer payment enabling you to use us as much - or as little - as you need. Starting with a half-day credit per month, anything beyond this can be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
